independence day is annually celebrated on 15 August, as a national holiday in India on the account of the nation’s independence from the United Kingdom on 15 August 1947.
Independence day at Jump Thru Joy the best Montessori preschool in Pashan, was celebrated with a lot of rejoice! All the JTJ team as well as the children were dressed up patriotic for the celebration. The children were explained the importance of 15 August and how we should respect our nation and what patriotism is about. The teachers also told the children our national Bird, Animal, etc. Champs were also told about how we should respect our soldiers who protect us and our nation at the border.
The teachers had set a nice dance on patriotic songs for each class and the children had performed in front of all the children and the teachers. All the children were excited to perform as we were practicing the dances since a week, which increased the enthusiasm in the children more, to perform in front of all of them.
All children and teachers at JTJ enjoyed dancing at watching the children perform.The children also enjoyed eating tri- color rice. For the creative activity the children of playgroup class made tir-color hand bands, the nursery children made tri-color badges and the jr. and sr. kg children sticked tri-color papers on the India map and made a tri-color flag.
All the children enjoyed all the activities and understood the importance of patriotism and the respect for our Nation..
