Giving children of all ages the opportunity to be active during the day is so important. For years, the focus has been on getting children to conform, sit still and with legs criss-crossed, and to stay quiet. They say that in Japan all the pre-schools and kindergarten teach the children nothing but values, manners and principles till the 5 years of age! So imagine how much values and principles they carry throughout their life. Modern pre-schools today are only focusing on how they will get more admissions. Shouldn’t we focus on getting the next generation to be better than the first? Pre-schools are meant for fun learning and mainly values and principle inculcating in children. So today’s pre-schools should be more value and principle focused for the next generation to be better!
